Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the transport and regeneration sector, both in the UK and overseas, working for local and central government as well as the private sector.
Steve has over 17 years’ experience working as a Programme manager in the public and private sectors. He has worked on a number of varied projects ranging from large transport / public realm and high street development schemes to smaller pocket parks and logistics projects.
Richard has 17 years’ experience in transport planning, development planning, strategy development, town centre regeneration, public transport, heritage projects, parking and road safety. He is an experienced Project Manager used to delivering complex and extensive, multi-million-pound programmes.
Lindsey has 19 years’ experience specialising in developing bespoke programmes and training that provide effective strategic direction and deliver real changes in travel behaviour. Lindsey is an acknowledged expert in transport planning in education, having operated across local, regional and national government programmes.
Nick has 16 years’ experience working on sustainable travel and behaviour change projects. Currently managing Modeshift STARS National School Travel Awards Scheme, Nick also has experience working on Sustainable Travel Demonstration Town, Cycle Demonstration Town, Local Sustainable Transport Fund and Access Fund projects.
With 5 Partners and over 20 staff, PWLC undertake innovative projects across a range of areas focussing on Public Health behaviour change, Transport Planning, Public Realm and Highways.
